CLIENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
At Indulge Day Spa, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of the following information. These guidelines have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.
Hours of Operation:
Our service hours are by appointment:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Extended hours and Sundays may be available by request
Our lobby is open to the public and staffed with a receptionist during these hours:
Monday 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Tuesday - Friday 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
If you plan to stop by outside of these hours, you may wish to call first as the front door may be locked while we are in treatment. We would not want you to waste a trip.
Scheduling:
Appointments may be scheduled by calling the spa at (503) 364-3608 or your service provider directly. Our receptionist is here to help you Mon 11-1, Tue-Fri 11-2. If you call outside of these hours, please leave us a message and we will contact you as soon as possible.
For spa packages or appointments of two services or more, we may ask for a 20% deposit at the time of booking to hold your reservation (if you are using a gift certificate for your appointment, please have this number ready when scheduling and this will be used for your deposit). If you cancel with proper notice, your deposit is refundable. If proper cancellation notice is not received, we may apply this to the charges incurred for late cancellations.
Payment Information:
Indulge Day Spa accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards), cash, checks and gift certificates. Please present your gift certificate prior to treatment.
We charge $25 minimum for a returned check.
Indulge Day Spa gift certificate and retail sales are non-refundable. If there is a manufacturer defect with a retail item, we will gladly exchange the item for the same product. Gift certificates when purchased have a monetary value regardless of the suggested treatment chosen for the recipient and may be used for any of our services or retail products. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
Gratuities:
Tips, unless otherwise indicated, are not included in gift certificates. Industry standards on gratuity are 15%-20% - but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion.
How to Spa:
For any treatment, please arrive 10 minutes early in order to check in, fill out any necessary paperwork, and get acquainted with our facilities and staff.

Inform your therapist of any health concerns, medical conditions or allergies you may have before beginning your treatment. If you are pregnant, please notify the receptionist at the time of booking.
We are a small facility and do ask that you soften your voice upon arrival and limit the volume of conversations during treatment as to not disturb other guests. To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request cellular phones be silenced or turned off upon arrival. Our goal is to provide the most peaceful and relaxing environment possible to each and every guest. Thank you for your consideration.
In order to maintain an environment conducive to relaxation and in consideration of our guests, we request that children or animals do not accompany you on your appointment day.
Late Policy:
When you book an appointment with us at Indulge Day Spa your appointment is scheduled with a trained spa technician, whose time is reserved exclusively for you throughout your treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, your appointment time may be shortened so the next guest will not be delayed, and you may be charged the full value of the service.
Cancellation Policy:
Because Indulge Day Spa is by appointment only your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation policy. Thank you for your consideration of these policies.
Indulge Day Spa understands that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notification of cancellation (48 hours for Spa Packages). Failure to do so may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled treatment.
No Shows may be charged 100% or loss of their gift certificate. Cancellation fees may be waived if we are able to fill the appointment time.
General:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Prices are subject to change at any time and may vary by service provider.
Any sexual solicitations are not tolerated and will be reported to authorities.
Privacy Policy:
Indulge Day Spa respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and securely managing all of the personal information that you choose to share with us. During your online visit, you may be required to share personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, physical address, telephone number or e-mail address. Indulge Day Spa collects this information in order to facilitate the delivery of services and/or the completion of an order. Indulge Day Spa will not sell, share, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
